Many of our customers love the Maestro but just can’t see themselves sitting down to enter all of their data, products, recipes etc. to get things going. It’s the biggest hurdle for many operators. We can help as little or as much as you like. We can enter just your products or your products and batch recipes, or everything, to get you going. From there you can add, edit delete, whatever your needs.

We will need complete information to do so including
  • For Products – product name, pack size, cost
  • For Batch Recipes – yield, ingredients and quantities
  • For Plate Recipes – price, ingredients (including all condiments) and quantities
  • For Menu Mix – your complete menu

The Garbage Can Analysis is a reality check on how much net profit goes out with your garbage every day! Usable product. It isn’t the cost of the product, it’s how many sales you have to generate to recover those losses.

Going through garbage seems like a nasty process but a valuable one. We recommend that you do this weekly with your staff. Be sure to wear protective gloves and sort items into food and non-food items. Use the Maestro’s template list your findings. The Maestro will calculate your findings and present you with results. Save these results and compare on a regular basis. You will replace throwing out profits with throwing out bad habits!
